Sierra Leone has a unique blend of Cultural traditions They are vibrant, exuberant and Expressive people And our cultural values, traditions And beliefs are respected and Practiced. After Sierra Leone's senseless civil war The rebels exploited the country's Mineral resources and now everything Has changed because of our senseless War. Sierra Leone has now changed To a new world Where it is full of corruption And poor Infrastructure The majority of the population Are living in Poverty, and the poor Becoming poorer And the rich becoming richer Lacking full access to education, Health services and lack of job Opportunities. Youths no longer cherish education But instead, They cherished kush, tramadol, Marijuana, 225 and ecstasy They are now vulnerable to these Harmful substances. What has Sierra Leone turned into? What can we do to change the Condition it's in? Can we ever go back to those days Where we enjoyed our natural Resources and cultural traditions? Can we ever restore our past glory?
