Ottawa
Seems like forever, I've had this heart on the market, Still yet to have a buyer, I've tried discounts, special offers, Promo Codes, Still no patrons, I've tried to promote its value on numerous occasions, Still little to no effect, Apparently, no one sees the value in love anymore, Kindness, Faithfulness, selflessness, These things have been reduced to mere pocket change, Not worth investing in, Completely inutile, It becomes a rather tedious task, Trying to convince someone why they must have this thing in their lives, When you've been trying for so long, What started off as a genuine offer, Has now contorted into a heap of desperation, and the consumer then senses it, Thus, your product has to spend another lonely night on the shelf, Time has passed, and that heart is still on sale, All I want for it is a promise that it'll be fortified and never betrayed, No one even offers that in return, So I've decided to close down shop, It gets rather cold in Ottawa, and my nose is turning red, I might trade this heart for free, Or break it myself, FIN. "Ottawa"- Derived from the Algonquin word "Adawe." "Adawe"- To Trade
