Only you
I arrived just in time to see her shine, Her words like thunder, her presence divine. A clumsy gesture, a spark in her grace, A moment of magic I cannot replace. I thought the day would end with her glow, But the ache in my chest began to grow. Words I held back, now lost in the air, As I watched her leave, I could only stare. Perhaps it's not time, fate's not yet aligned, But my heart stays steadfast, through space and time. One day, maybe, the stars will agree, And you'll fall as deeply as I fell for thee.
