only if they knew
Only if they knew that this Smile hide a ocean. That if the wave should ever wave, there would be a tsunami ready to carry the city away. If only they knew the reason behind my pride. I been places where roaches were scare to roam. Where the air was trap under the dirt. Where the ground felt like a ice bed. Where it was colder then winter. Where winter prayed for warmth. Only if they knew the fight I had to fight. Or the fight I got in me. I wonder sometimes if I'll ever stop fighting to be. Wonder if I stop fighting if there still going be a fight in me. Just only if they knew I was on my last straw. Tipping point where I can go either way of the path.
