One thing money can't buy
In the grand bazaar of existence, where wealth is oft sold, A priceless commodity remains, beyond gold. Money's mighty grasp, cannot procure or sway, The one thing that truly matters, come what may. Life, the ephemeral whisper, that flickers like a flame, Cannot be bought, though riches may proclaim, Their vaunted power, to grant every desire, Yet, life's essence remains, beyond their burning fire. Time, the great equalizer, levels all estates, No wealth can stay the hand, of fate's dark waits, The Reaper's scythe, cuts down, both rich and poor, Leaving naught but memories, and life's fleeting score. For all the treasures, hoarded with careful might, Cannot redeem, one moment, of life's precious light, The currency of love, and laughter, and tears, Is the only wealth, that wipes away life's fears. In life's grand tapestry, each thread is uniquely spun, A narrative woven, that cannot be undone, The intricate embroidery, of every heartbeat's rhyme, Is the one thing money can't buy, sublime. So let us cherish, this gift divine, This fragile, fleeting life, that's truly mine, For in its beauty, and its pain, we find, A value beyond measure, that's left behind.
