ONE MORE...
I don't think there is anything left, Nothing at the bottom of the barrel. I have scraped the insides raw, Dug until my soul is sterile. It feels as if there are no new horizons, Like I can't find another ray of light. Time to lay down, time to sleep, Time to give up the fight... Then a child laughs, a pretty girl smiles, The sun shines and a cool breeze blows. There is always something left, There is always one more step, God knows.
