once upon a plug
its funny thinking back, I used to want to throw it in your face "go smoke another one" but now I understand better to distract the pain. the sadness. maybe maybe you'll get better I was scared for you I was worried but you never wanted me, that's what you said I was the loneliness plug that's why you wanted more and more and more of me because I wore away the water kept coming through around the edges mostly sane 1/2 off the edge I couldn't be that plug forever I couldn't keep you in denial. it was always about you even when it was supposed to be about me. I got a raise? good, more abundance for you. i wanted to move somewhere? good, a way away from your childhood bedroom. I was nothing but a place holder for 3 years keeping your loneliness at bay. making decisions so you didn't have to floating you and your habits you broke me and stole pieces that you'll never fit anywhere just to leave me with that much less.
