on lips of lovers
Loving words from your lips to hide traces of poison And though I can smell death on your breath My thirst can not be quenched So I drink up your sweet words and feel the pangs of death through my body wrench Why is it that we know that death lies beneath false words and waits It preys on the desperate and alone and can distinguish and differentiate Yet we still lap up poison from a liar's lips and believe in fairy tales ongrimm finger tips. And knowingly we call out to the heavens that we have been forsaken like we have been naive and unjustly felt our own hearts breaking. it is the fault of no one else it's all of our own to think that we could find inside their haunted house, our home sweet home.
