Oh guilty heart, burdened with shame, Your heavyweight no one can tame. You bear the weight of mistakes past, They haunt you like a shadow cast. The guilt you carry is like a chain, Tied to your spirit, causing pain. You wish you could turn back time, Undo the wrong, make it right in rhyme. But alas, the past is set in stone, And you must face it all alone. Let not the guilt consume your soul, Redemption is within your control.
