OF HOES AND CORN COBS
my village folk came by my home they did not wait for the sun to rise found me sharpening my cutlass ready to head to the farm, I am greeted by a hoard of men seemingly sleepless having trudged the whole night they don't wait for my welcome " tell us....skilled farmer, how do we do? so that we may produce as you do is it the size of the hoe? or is the length of its handle? why are your corn cobs so big? why are your bulls and rams so fat? is it the depth of the soil? or the strength with which you wield your machete and cutlass as you plant tell us so that we may know" I know not what to tell them does it really matter, the size of the hoe?
