Ode to the Muse.
In twilight's hush, where shadows play, I seek the spark that sets my soul aflame, The muse whispers secrets, and I obey, And poetry flows like a river's name. With every word, a piece of me I give, A slice of heart, a thread of love I weave, In ink and verse, my deepest thoughts I live, And in the silence, my soul revives. The world outside recedes, a distant hum, As words and worlds unfold, a tapestry to come, The rhythm of the heart, the beat of time, A symphony that echoes, a rhyme divine. In poetry's realm, I find my home, Where emotions flow like a river's foam, Where thoughts are transformed, like alchemy's gold, And the beauty of life is made to unfold. So let the words flow like a winding stream, And may my heart be filled with poetry's dream, For in its realm, I find my highest self, And in its silence, eternal life to yield.
