Ocean of thought
I do not like to think. I have a superpower, Sometimes I turn my brain off It makes me feel like an empty shell With holes in it I can retain information and emotion But I let it seep through the holes In a swift motion You can ruin my mood today Tomorrow I make no commotion It almost seems inhumane Like I'm laying over an ocean So much to sink and drown in But I lay above the surface And pretend it's a dead sea Defeating it's entire purpose To swallow me whole But I'm like an empty shell With holes in it I retain as much as I expel I have that superpower I don't have to think
