Obsession
SPOILER: THIS POEM IS ABOUT A MOVIE CALLED OBSESSION (I didn't watch it, wrote it from a friend's description so i don't know if it's accurate) I call it love, You call it an obsession. But how can you forget, You're the one who wished for this to happen. Kept me under a spell; Made me question my world. But now you're tellin' me, It was just infatuation: Something so momentary that you can just forget. Never thinking how i'd feel, When you fell in love with someone else; While leavin' me hanging on a thread. You made me your scapegoat, Lettin' me be chased by the officials. Wanna end all this; But the only way is to break this curse: Is for you to end yourself. Now I'm finally free, But the nightmares never leave, Remaining as a wound in my memory.
