Now everybody hears
I wake up in the morning, get ready to listen. I drive along the crowded street, resentment resonating in my ears, the first listen is complete. Step out of my car, get ready to listen. I step into the silence of my peers and direct my attention up front, It's time to listen. My mouth never opened, my ears are agape. When is my turn to speak? Fuck, just stop talking for God's sake. Tired of waiting, I force my way. Now everybody hears what I have to say.
