Nothing left
I'm peeling my skin off my flesh for someone to see my bare insides. But deeper I peel, instead of meat and bones I only keep finding emptiness. Like there is nothing left in me anymore. I still function like a programmed machine, instead of veins pumping with warm blood there are only vires, cold and unalive. So if you meet me today or tommorrow and I say 'hello' as I smile, know full well it's not me who you see but a mere undead shadow of mine.
