Nothing...
Nothing— Human emotions are always Difficult to understand For her brain. She pours her energy, Every sinew strained, Into deciphering the enigma Of nothing. She studies joy, Trying to grasp its fleeting nature, Only to see it slip away, Elusive and untamed. She confronts anger, Fierce and consuming, Yet it dissipates, Leaving emptiness in its wake. Sadness, heavy and lingering, Wraps her in its cold embrace, Yet she feels it dissolve, Into a void she cannot name. Happiness, a fleeting spark, Lights up her world, But soon fades, Leaving shadows in its place. She chases these feelings, Through the corridors of her mind, Only to find that in the end, There is nothing. In the quiet of her heart, She comes to understand, That nothing is the canvas, On which life’s emotions are painted. And in that nothing, She finds peace, A silent understanding, Of the human soul.
