Not Too Late
Maybe I mistook calm for the end, when it was just something I didn’t understand. Maybe the story wasn’t done, just paused, lost somewhere between doubt and flaws. Now I look back with questions, not just regret, thinking of moments I don’t forget. Because some distances aren’t meant to last, they’re just things we move through too fast. And if there’s still a spark beneath all of this, not loud, not certain, but something I miss then maybe not everything slipped away, maybe some things just needed time… to find their way.
