Not enough
Breathing near you close to touch but the feeling of distance surrounding us The arms I wish would hold me, linger to the side of the phone instead of my body Those lips I once kissed ,pushing me away like I'm unwanted The overwhelmed thoughts and emotions of you no longer loving me The silence that holds me hostage at the side of your bed The words you use to capavate me ,corruption of the mind and soul Missing you only to get pushed deeper into depression and loneliness The memories from before play of repeat but wishing you would keep your promises…but never do The still cold air on my already frozen body from which you make me suffer within , screaming for a chance at real love Wanting to be good enough but shown I am replaceable and non existent unless convenient to your time frame I guess this is what love is ,close but never enough Near yet so far away The tears in my eyes wanted me to fold but I stay strong thru this pain I am alone but I am strong I am alone but I will not let you break me I am alone but never will you devour me Never, just lonely
