No REWARDS

A friend once asked me " why do we work so hard with no rewards". I thought through it and it kinda makes sense. checking through your phone to see if anyone accidentally left a like or follow for you, cause it seems like what you do all day long doesn't appreciate you. Many have given up checking to see if they is any reward. However, the saying " There is light at the end of the tunnel" keeps millions like me going. When is the right time for us to be appreciated. Or is there gonna be no rewards.
