No more slavery
A few minutes past nine PM, Moonbeams rise, reflected on the scene, An evening breeze, whispers of the night, A sprinkle of dew, glistening in moonlight's gleam. Darkness seeks to shroud the feeble light, A gentle zephyr dances in the cool night air, By the roadside, I pause in thought.Amidst the hustle of Kimutwa market, A bustling hub of people, vehicles in motion, Yet nearby, a frail dog walks alone. Appearing lifeless, bound by a chain, I ponder the lack of humanity's embrace, If you can't set it free from its chain's hold, Let it seek sustenance on its own accord, For no soul should be enslaved by human hands.
