No Doubt
No doubt, the world now stands At the peak of power, minds and hands Have built great towers, weapons vast, A future shaped, yet fading fast. No doubt, each nation holds the might To turn our day into an endless night. No doubt, pride swells in every land A thirst for power, a need to stand. No doubt, they flaunt their iron will, Their silent threats, their urge to kill. But pause, and ask this quiet plea: What use is all this victory, If all we build, and all we make, Is turned to dust for ego’s sake? What’s the worth of tools so grand, If not to heal, but scorch the land? What irony, to forge with grace, A blade to cut the human race.
