night's quiet sounds and scars
Late night walks are a thing of mine, So mostly, I go to sleep before the sun shines. I don't hate the sun, It's just that sometimes people are no fun. The stars shining from the vast night sky Is what pleases my eyes and soothens my mind. The cold breeze surrounds me as it whispers the most confidential thing, As I brace myself from the danger it may contain. Hush I say, but it continued as if it's an unending chain. I cuffed my ears yet it echoes ear to ear, Unknown scenarios are what I fear, And here I am again forcing myself not to tear. Night is where I find my peace, And where my sanity crumbles. For minutes I see bliss, And for days I see malice.
