Nightmare

Afraid to fall asleep Because I'm always having a deep nightmare Is there a demon watching me? I wish I could write this under the dead tree Is there a demon inside my body? Leave me alone and let me be happy Or am I the demon myself? You need to survive on your own Always having a strange nightmare Is what I can’t bear Help me with sleep paralysis Do I need a therapist? You heard me shout From a nightmare of doubt In a nightmare, I saw our pup Waking me up But then, when I woke up, It’s my brother waking me up I pretended nothing happened I asked myself, "Is this the end?"
