night
There was a night butterfly.... And as the word says it, she loved the night. She would always look out her window and see her family and all butterflies gathering, socialising, finding love.... She felt a churn in her stomach, she never wanted to be it She never ever wanted to be one of them...she just couldn't... She finds comfort in the moon, in the stars and the dark abyss.... The cold wind that sometimes like a lover embraces her, taking her away Making her body feel like it loses control Placing her on an innocent natural challenge. The moon, her greatest secrets it kept, the stars watches her weep, every night each night Her tears favoured As she has no voice She always tried to take glitter and apply it on her wings so she could shine like the moon, become one with it, one with her element A shiny lover... But the glitter would soon fade and the imperfections would appear at bay She would fly, and she flies, trying to reach the moon, but fails for when she reaches a certain sky layer her oxygen lessens.... And she falls back down All her life, she can only look...look up at the moon and smile And once she was stepped upon and her last breath waver She falls there on the ground in lever The star
