Next to the Road

On the gravel road Where i lay my head And where my heart leads Wanting to take a chance by foot There where my heart leads But the sun kisses And the road looks It's way too rough and tough While my thoughts are scattered Deep within the galaxy And my feelings in the stars With the wish to reach my destination Hope and doubt fill my heart But reassurance winds up And sparks a smile Filled with believe To reach the destination But surely there is a way Where the road leads
