Never Visible
I tried but I failed, It's always me who got bailed. They've never seen my struggle, I was always silently smuggled. They always saw me giggle, But deeply I was always buckled. The tears I shread, the words unsaid, the soul that yelled. Just to have a good life, And be under white light. I live in a big house, A house that's always filled in silence. Even though I'm the only child, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Many say it's a blessing to be only one, But none knows what's going on inside. I had to be perfect, Ace school, sports, get a bunch of rewards. Words like daggers, Cutting deep with their creases. Those who meant to care, leave a scar that no one could repair. ~Vijaya
