never ending silence
I sit at my desk, misplaced and alone, kids scream all around me I feel like I've been skinned to the bone, I stay in my corner alone and afraid, seeking someone to come to my aid but no one notices they never do I'm an invisible girl, bleeding out, about to hurl I'm tired of wishing and waiting but as my vision becomes blurry, and the sound of my heart fades, along with the sounds of the riot I wish that maybe next time, someone will see through the quiet.
