Nature
I stay in this quiet place a long time Thinking about all sorts of rhyme I’m outside, feeling this cold wind onto my skin If I continue, maybe I’ll win A piece of paper and a pen is all I need I look above, I plead “Please, give me what I deserve” “I will, dear, but don’t swerve” Here I sit in the precious lands Nature is my inspiration I hold dirt in my hands While I watch the population Forests and flowers is all I love I write poems within the plains I look above, here I saw a dove Creation runs through my veins Nature is beautiful Inspiring and peaceful Nature is where I belong And she knows I’m not wrong.
