narcissists are c*nts
He wore her down like an old shirt, too shabby for the charity shops. Stripped her of her self-worth until all the questions drowned her mind. Unravelled the confidence she built, no longer a weapon against him. He held her throat to force the words back down. Trapped inside, churning in her stomach with last nights' dinner. The food she should be grateful he made her. Hurtful, harmful words pecking at her head. Then the silent treatment. Should be a blessing right? It cut her the most. Crippled by her ailments. Broken by his words. His love-bombs. His deceit. He stayed away that night with no word. He should have stayed there forever. But its ok right? The blame was hers. She CHOSE to feel upset by his neglect. She CHOSE to over-react. She CHOSE to feel alone. She CHOSE to love him.
