My Yah free Zimbabwe.
In the depths of Zimbabwe's travail and woe, A clarion call echoes, for liberation to flow, From the shackles of oppression, and the fetters of fear, My Yeshua, arise, and banish the darkness that draws near. Oh, Savior of the nations, with thy benevolent might, Shatter the chains of despotism, and bring forth the light, In this land of promise, where the Zambezi River flows, Quench the thirst of the people, with the waters of repose. Let the mountains of Matebeleland, and the hills of Mashonaland, Resound with the anthems of freedom, and the sweet melodies of thy hand, In the cities of Harare, and Bulawayo's bustling streets, Let the gospel of deliverance, be the beacon that guides their feet. My Yeshua, free up Zimbabwe, from the bondage of the past, And usher in a new era, where peace and prosperity will forever last, With thy righteous hand, guide the leaders of this land, And fill their hearts with wisdom, to govern with justice and compassion's hand. Let the spirit of Ubuntu, and the heartbeat of the land, Unite the people in harmony, hand in hand, From the ruins of the past, let a new foundation rise, And the glory of thy presence, forever shine in the skies.
