my winter sun
The winter sun emerges from its rest, After so long, its warmth I'd divest. I'd forgotten the feeling, so cozy and warm, Happily embracing its radiant charm. This is the way I feel when I'm with you, Emotions surge, like a sky painted blue. I grow warmer, the happiest by far, In your presence, where all troubles spar. You're my sun, not scorching in summer's reign, But the winter's sun, relieving every pain. Bringing joy and warmth, you're the one, you're MY winter sun
