My Tangerine
It rained this afternoon, the terrace was shining The sun reflected off the wet floor I sat on my little chair observing the lining while the light came through the door shading me with the colours of my beautiful tangerine These days I have been smiling much more than before Feel like a little kid waiting for the evening When the phone rings up, warming my core And there is she calling, my little tangerine She is rare like a gem you find in excavation She needs care like a masterpiece on exhibition Her heart is so soft, covered in exoskeleton Watch her bloom, let her shine in your constellation Her glow is unique, like a bright little tangerine It feels like a dream to lay with her Everyday it's her voice which paints my soul a little more She's my little heroine, housefull all shows of her And I am hypnotized by her laugh, she is a lore She is just like the way I know, world's sweetest tangerine Time flies by when she is by my side, holding my arm She grounds me to the reality, a stable foundation I found peace now, also love means no harm I wish to walk every path with her, endless exploration With her life is less painful, Nina, my precious tangerine
