You said you loved my poem You asked who it's about I said, "No one important." You said "well that I doubt." Truthfully, you were right But that I'll never admit Let me walk you through the story Of a man I once met He made me fall in love With the way that he would act But he could tear me apart It's just as simple as that He always wanted the truth And that I always gave But when it was his truth That always caved So let me tell you the story Of how I said goodbye.... *oh you're waiting for the end? nah, I haven't even tried I've always hated saying goodbye*
