My sleep paralysis

it's terrifying I try screaming to wake myself up feels like a demon is coming towards me so many episodes in one night I feel someone breathing over me as I struggle up fully sometimes I can't breathe they tell me it's in my head but my head feels empty as it happens it can't be a state of mind I wouldn't mind so much if it was it really bothers me what if I'm gonna burn? this must be what hell feels like probably the devil standing at my door glancing at me I won't lie, I'm scared
