My Poetry Is Artistry
All the little letters, couldn't have made me better, Just seemed under the weather, but it was my never endeavour To leave it like that, like a pessimistic sober. My little schemings, seemed like illustrative dreaming, I was so afraid of you leaving, but now i remember I'll be the one left when I'm healing. I used to cope by saying "my poetry is artistry" But i am in no hurry for my success, isn't that scary? I used to promise, you'd be the one that I'd marry. But i know it's selfish that I'm leaving you, so careless. But you really make me jealous, i guess you never told your parents That this loop would be endless. Cause, it's ironic, That what we have is restless, and to be honest, a little bit reckless. But, we all know I'm not the one helpless. And all of our best laid plans, were torn by my own bare hands. Guess i was never on the stand. Cause to be honest, I really didn't care about what you wanted and what you have planned. Last week, i realized i gave you another chance, so this time, this will be your last glance, so i suggest, sit there, and watch me dance.
