my poems haunt me
my poems follow me they watch me, like a kidnapper preying on their victim they stick with me, like glue on paper they run to me, like a sailor trying to swim back to his beloved boat the words follow me everywhere like a needy dog and sometimes my brain is like a dictionary at the most random times when it's inconvenient my poems haunt me like satan finding a new beelzebub or a poltergeist hunting its prey or when a simple ouija board game goes wrong they haunt me. they haunt me. they follow me like a man's best friend. my poems haunt me.
