My Name Is Pain:
Am I dreaming, or am I awake? Is this just another mistake? Looking out upon this empty scene. Watching nothing but the moon upon a lake pristine. I remember the day on which you passed away. You left me on my knees to grieve and pray For yet another way. For yet a better day. What can I say? Nothing but this pain remains. Sometimes I wish I'd fade away. Upon this world you left a stain. I don't know if I can make it through another day. I can't seem to wash away this pain. I sit here watching as my bones decay. Will this lake be my tomb? In this dark despairing gloom? Oh it must've been a dream. But why do I feel the need to scream? Why do I feel insane? What is my name? My name is pain. Yet I'm still searching for something new. In this hollow empty room.
