my moon

we were sitting up in the mountains the city light shown under us i looked at his face from the side of my eye he looked at me deep in the eyes and said your my sunshine your my warmth your my guiding light that gets me up and walking out of bed when you came into my self everything started to light up to just like you I love how you know were both not perfect but our imperfections is what makes us perfect for each other as those words slipped out of his mouth I was in the verge of tears cause for the first I felt like I was enough I felt like I was loved he looked in my eyes again hugging me in his unending comfort and said ” let me be your moon my sunshine let me fight you demons that come at night you lead me through the dark by your light now let me protect you from the demons that came at night let me hug you till the night ends let me be your moon my princess" as he said I feel asleep on his arms all my trust going to his heart
