my mind's a storm 15/05/24

i get intrusive thoughts alot telling me I'm not worthyz everyone hears my words but nobody heard me lately I've been waking crying in my sleep alot of shits hurt me deep it's been peak I feel weak. even started raining when I cried it's like the heavens heard me scream why?! then it rained and poured, the thunder roared my mood rings blue, sad and lonely but it's true. they say demons come at night but I know an angel had my back that night made me see the light gave me flight I wanted to fight the world that night but my bark had no bite.
