My Mind is A Monster

Sunlight shining in through the windows, warming up the chill that's in the air. Yet thoughts of doubt and worry, constantly going around in circles in my head. Uncertainty and depression start to settle in, keeping me from being productive and motivated. My mind is a constant monster, always causing me to not believe in myself.
