My Mind Betrays Me
My Mind Betrays Me My mind, a blank canvas, a faint memory, erases the beauty that once dwelled in my heart. The past, a distant echo, fades away, lost in the mist. Thoughts a storm racing through my body and soul, unbridled, racing toward an uncertain horizon. Where do they lead? What path do they follow? What awaits them, what uncertainty wraps around them? Tormented, my being twists, longing to live within lost memories. Darkness embraces me, whispering secrets, and I, a shipwrecked soul in its abyss. My darkness unforseen. My heart, wanders lost in an unfamiliar world. Why does my mind betray me? Why do my senses abandon me? Tears of anxiety trace my cheeks, tormenting the calm I seek. Yesterday dissolves like smoke in the wind, and I, powerless, know not how to heal. How could my dam mind be so unforgiven? Fear grows, entwining my insides, anxiety seizes control of my body and my weakend soul. Sadness, a sea of salty tears, I sail aimlessly, without a safe harbor, without a drop of hope. Where did my past vanish? My memories? What fate awaits my thoughts, my dreams? I do not know, but in this twilight, I seek answers, yearning to find light. Yearning to find myself.
