My mental health is bad

My mental health is bad I can't cope with it anymore I struggle to breath And don't know what for It hurts me inside Like a hole in the ground I struggle to breath Like I've said before I can't cope with it anymore Its taken control Of me And I don't know what to do anymore. It's hard for me. My mental health is bad But I guess I'll have to Stay this way until It goes away. Because like I say I can't do this anymore My mind is trapped And I can't cope with it It's like a hole in the ground That I can't get out. My mental health is bad I can't cope with it anymore.
