My journey

My journey started half a century ago. I have to clear my path first. So I can walk through it with a clear mind. I am doing something I love to do. Not to feel guilty about it. Because I put myself first before everyone else. Because it is my turn to be me. To be the person I was meant to be. But sometimes, I thought to myself. Don't think I am not good enough to be. So, I stay in my comfort zone. Because writing is as I am, it is my voice. I hope I don't fail. Because I will do it myself, that is my mind playing tricks on me. Or is that voice from my past saying I can't? But my heart says I can be. I have to get to be and be the best I am. Just by writing is a start.
