my hollow life
I walk this world with empty eyes, A cold, calculating, calm disguise. I hear your cries, I watch your pain, But in my heart, there’s no refrain. Your words mean nothing; I don’t care, Your feelings lost in empty air. I smile, but it’s just a game, A mask I wear to hide the shame. I take what I want, without a thought, I break your trust, I leave you caught. To me, you’re prey, just flesh to grind, A tool, a toy, to twist and bind. Do you see it? The way I move, The calm before I make my prove. The charm, the laughter, it’s all a show, A trick to make you not let go. I watch you suffer, I watch you bleed, But in my chest, there’s no such need. The lines are drawn, but I don’t care, Your rights, your life, it’s all unfair. I break the rules, I walk the edge, With no remorse, no blood to dredge. I leave a trail of broken things, A kingdom built on shattered kings. The rules are weak, the game is mine, I break the laws, I cross the line. You think you know me, but you don’t, For I’m the one who’ll never show.
