My Disappearing Act
My figure fizzled away; the world's blood drains - it's all so grey. The clock is liquifying; the way time melts is mystifying. My soles sink into the erratic concrete; a hologram that twists into frictional heat. The noise is muffled, piercing my skull; the dusting of static beginning to lull. With a bang - I'm back here; and the urgency of presence shouts for me to disappear.
