My Destination
long way away Is where I want to reach Strife I must embrace And the ordinary I must breach Yet here I stand today Tired of what has already come Rather I must arm myself For the foes yet to come But am I really wrong To actually feel this way Don't all who feel it here Turn night to day Whatever their body spoke Was turned down by the heart The mind followed suit And God played his part It was the weak who gave in To the tricks of the rigid crown And those who chose to stay Turned mountains upside down A lot of power my presence holds It longs for undying fame For if It was not as much of a sloth The world may remember its name And whether my bell will be patient By the grace of those who have it rung To let heaven wait long enough For bards to have my legend sung
