My Curse
I have always seen The dark side of this life. The side where I am not Wanted, not needed and Most certainly Not loved. The side where I must exist, Not truly live. Where I have no purpose No rhyme, no reason. I also see the beauty of people And this world. Beauty they often cannot see. It's that beauty that cannot hide, Not from these eyes, That gives me the will To fight the darkness. To help you see You're much more than me. For I must walk this life Forever lonely, yet never alone. Forever questioning my value While showing you yours. To walk the shadows between These two things is what I do. It's my curse and my blessing to. Michael Lowe 4/25/2020
