My Body
The arms that you pinned behind my back once belonged to me. They used to hug my family. They used to cuddle with plushies. and they can't do anything they used to do without thinking about you. The waist that you held against yourself once belonged to me. It would dance to the music, It loved to do ballet. It loved to spin my dress around, it loved to sway and sway. But now it can't do anything it used to, without thinking about you. The lips that you kissed once belonged to me. They used to eat blackberries They used to kiss my Mother They used to talk and talk for hours to my family and friends and everyone around me But now they can't do anything they used to do without thinking about you. The thighs that you squeezed in your abnormally large hands used to belong to me They used to go for walks almost everyday They used to run around with friends and play and play and play But now they can't do anything they used to do without thinking about you The place that you jammed yourself into. Once belonged to nobody Nobody would touch it, see it, kiss it. Not even me. What onced belonged to me you have stolen. My belongings, my passions, my loved ones, my body, my happiness. You left me with nothing Not even me.
