My bare thoughts clothed
You breathed a word, it was a question That left me scrambling to be bare Now I lay naked above a blanket And beneath your muddled stare I want your breath upon my chest Asking it why it still heaves I want your mouth upon my heart Please try to make it cease to beat I want your hands around my neck Feel the gloves burn my skin I want to feel the airflow cease And the dark above to crash in I want to feel you eat me out My breath, my thoughts, and all my sins I want to feel your silken clothes Against my body, my scar-drawn wrist Hold me as I fall down from my high I die from the wind against my skin You are not harmed as you're fully armed Left to look at my bare sins
