murderess in mourning
Sickly behaviors. Eyes without a single blink, open like a full moon illuminating the path. Perplexed. Unable to distinguish emotions, not knowing what to think or do. Devastated. Sharing the end I accompany, offering unsolicited help to achieve her rest, and the end of a part of me. Joint prayers for eternal rest, constant guilt that will haunt my being. Silent pleas to attain the peace I so longed for, I should have remained silent. Now I carry the eternal guilt. The guilt of being the cause, the one who had the last word. The one who decided when and where, without any right. The one who begged for her end. Her murderer.
